Tasting Australia

Tasting Australia is widely regarded as one of Australia's pre-eminent food and wine festivals. 

It is a unique 8-day festival providing an opportunity for the world's food and drink professionals, food, drink and travel media, and the public to enjoy the best that South Australia and the nation has to offer in produce, food products, wines and beers, hospitality and tourism.

Held every two years in Adelaide, Tasting Australia also provides a showcase for the world's top culinary talents. The 2007 event offered cookery demonstrations featuring the top Australian and overseas chefs, wine and beer experiences, celebrity lunches and dinners, conferences, talks and panel discussions, tastings and masterclasses.

Dates for the next Tasting Australia festival will be announced in March 2008.
